SHIPPING
We offer free local shipping within Albury/Wodonga - select local shipping upon checkout.
A flat rate of $20 is charged outside of these areas. We are located in Bethanga, Victoria and use Aramex (where available) or another suitable shipping partner to deliver your order to you.
Once fulfilled, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, including a tracking ID so you can follow it for the entire journey.
Gift vouchers are digital only and set via email.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer a Quality Guarantee and will replace or refund any wines considered to be damaged or faulty (e.g. corked or oxidised).
Please contact us with your order number and details about the wine/product to be returned.
Should your delivery be damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged items and contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
